Ukraine reconstruction project within the European Union

A particularly important development perspective for the Ukrainian Desk is advisory work connected with the future process of Ukraine’s reconstruction within the European institutional and regulatory framework. This practice has been conceived as support for clients who are already now preparing their position to participate in infrastructure, investment, financial and operational projects connected with the reconstruction and modernisation of Ukraine. It includes advice on structures for cross-border co-operation, the preparation of investment projects, analysis of regulatory risks and the design of solutions compliant with the requirements of European Union law and international standards.
