Kancelaria Adwokacka Leszczyńska-Wiącek Magdalena Sp.k. is a Warsaw-based top-tier boutique law firm built around the needs of private individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, investors and persons operating in an environment of particular responsibility, visibility and risk. The identity of MLW Legal is shaped by four particularly strong axes of competence. The first is white collar crime and criminal law, which constitute one of the firm’s most distinctive pillars and an area in which defence, crisis strategy, reputational protection and an understanding of business realities must remain fully integrated. The second is litigation, encompassing complex civil, commercial and arbitral disputes conducted with full awareness of their impact on the client’s private wealth, ownership position and corporate relationships. The third axis is the Ukrainian Desk - genuinely cross-border and rooted in the firm’s unique know-how, also stemming from the fact that Dr Magdalena Leszczyńska-Wiącek is the first Polish lawyer entered on the list of Ukrainian advocates with the Kyiv Regional Bar Council, while also being a member of the Warsaw Bar. The fourth - and at the same time the most natural area of the firm’s development - is the service of private clients, understood broadly as counsel for owners of private capital, family businesses and individuals for whom wealth security and effective succession require not only legal knowledge, but also relational sensitivity and trusted, personal guidance.
