a member of the Bar Council of the Kyiv Region and a lecturer at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
His practice focuses on complex commercial, corporate and litigation matters, including projects requiring the coordination of multidisciplinary legal teams, risk management and strategic protection of clients’ interests.
He has advised on matters involving corporate groups, investment and construction projects, acquisitions of commercial assets, financing, taxation and interaction with state bodies and public organisations. His experience includes disputes of significant business and reputational importance, as well as matters requiring an integrated civil law, corporate, financial and regulatory perspective.
He combines legal practice with academic and expert work. He is the author of more than sixty academic and practical publications and co-author of five monographs. His professional interests include civil law, business support, corporate, banking, finance and tax law, litigation and anti-corruption practice.
